Application for a confirmation letter for military service postponements and leave requests
Business Administration students at the University of Bern who are supposed to undertake military service up to 3 months prior to the examination period, or during it, are able to postpone their military service.
In order to do so, students must send a request to the following office: Military service postponement requests
The request needs to include a letter of confirmation from the Business Administration program. To receive one of these letters, please fill out this request.
You must mention the lectures/assessments or the internship that will be completed during this period.
Please note that the confirmation letter will be confirmed by an official body, which is why a processing time of up to two weeks is to be expected.
